As Director, Ben is a fully qualified horticulturalist, holding both Certificate III and IV in Parks and Gardens, with over 15 years of experience in the gardening industry.
Since founding the business in 2014, he has successfully grown it into a respected and thriving operation, known for delivering high-quality garden transformations and maintenance services across Sydney. Ben’s commitment to excellence and strong attention to detail have been key drivers of this growth.
He maintains a hands-on approach to every project, personally inspecting sites to ensure all work consistently meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
From humble beginnings, Greenz Gardenscaping has grown from 2 employees in 2014 to 8 teams and 21 employees in 2022. Each of our team members have been selected for their gardening skills, work ethic and their friendly service.

Adam joined Greenz in 2015 as a team member and quickly demonstrated his capability, progressing to Senior Team Leader in 2016. With a strong track record in sales and management, he advanced into leadership and now holds the position of General Manager.
As General Manager, Adam oversees and runs the business, ensuring all operational aspects are executed efficiently and to a high standard. He is passionate about driving business growth while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. As the primary point of contact for clients, Adam plays a key role in building strong relationships and ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Josh joined Greenz in 2022 as a Team Leader, quickly establishing himself as a reliable and capable member of the team. Through his strong leadership skills and commitment to delivering high-quality results, he progressed into an Operations Management role in 2025.
In his current position, Josh plays a key role in supporting the business’s day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a consistently high standard. He is dedicated to maintaining quality workmanship, leading teams effectively, and contributing to the business’s ongoing growth and success.
